We're a fast-growing group of four divisions — Real Estate, Interiors, Construction & Digital — and we're looking for exceptional people who want to make their mark.
Handle inbound and outbound property enquiries, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers — explaining project details, pricing, and availability, and keeping the CRM updated with every interaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build channel partner and broker networks, and drive revenue growth across our project portfolio. You'll pitch to prospective clients, negotiate deals, and represent VEGA MarCon at property expos and industry events.
Own the post-booking customer experience — resolving queries on documentation, payments, and possession timelines. You'll coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure every buyer has a smooth, well-communicated journey from booking to handover.
Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, GST filings, and reconciliations for the Real Estate division. You'll prepare MIS reports, support statutory audits, and work closely with project and sales teams to track receivables and vendor payments.
Plan and run performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and property portals to generate qualified leads. You'll manage content calendars, track campaign ROI, and work with the sales team to continuously improve lead quality and cost per acquisition.
Design residential and commercial interior spaces from concept to execution — space planning, mood boards, material selection, and 3D renders. You'll present design proposals to clients, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure every project reflects our design standards.
Oversee day-to-day execution at interiors project sites — coordinating contractors, tracking material delivery, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and to quality standards. You'll be the on-ground link between the design team and site labour.
